Carolyn's career in the Financial Services profession spans over 3 decades. Founding PWMZ in 2004, Carolyn's firm is a founder partner of The Openwork Partnership LLP, which is one of the largest and leading financial advice companies in the UK.

Carolyn is passionate about her family, enjoys cooking, being outdoors (especially cycling), as well as travelling. Carolyn has also been studying Spanish since 2019.

Carolyn is an Associate Member of the Society of Later Life Advisers.

Lisa has recently re-located to St Andrews from Kent. Lisa has over 30 years administrative experience in various Industries. In her spare time Lisa loves to travel and listen to her vinyl record collection which she has collected over the years.

Brook Edmiston, Carolyn's youngest daughter, is now in her final year at university and is working towards her degree in Psychology with Management. She works for the Practice remotely, in between her studies, to gain work experience. Brook's interests include sport and fashion. She also loves to travel far and wide, spending Summer 2022 in Bali, doing some voluntary work with children, teaching them basic English and self-care.

Harrison has been working within Financial Services for 8 years and has been advising on Mortgage and Protection for 4 of those years. Harrison has a considerable amount of market knowledge, making him an expert Mortgages & Protection Adviser who is able to support all of your needs in these areas.
